These terms cover Wipers ("we", "us"): a Chrome extension that removes posts matching slop patterns from your LinkedIn feed, and the wipers.ai website. Installing or using Wipers means you accept them.
1. The product
Wipers filters what renders in your own browser on linkedin.com. It reads your feed locally, scores posts against writing-pattern rules, and hides or labels posts that match. It performs no actions on your LinkedIn account.
2. Trial
New installs get 30 days of full functionality free, with no payment details required. When the trial ends without a subscription, Wipers switches to label mode: matching posts stay in your feed with a tag naming the patterns they matched.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans: $6 per month, $15 per 3 months, or $40 per year. Prices are in USD.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; Polar's own terms apply to the purchase.
- Your subscription is tied to a license key issued at purchase. One subscription covers one person, across that person's own browsers.
- If prices change, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before a change affects them.
4. Refunds
Any charge is refundable in full within 14 days of the charge, no reason required. Email support@wipers.ai.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Polar customer portal or by emailing support@wipers.ai. Access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the extension moves to label mode.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share, resell, or publish license keys; do not attempt to circumvent licensing; do not bundle Wipers into a product or service you sell without our written permission.
7. No warranty
Wipers is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LinkedIn changes its site frequently and without notice, and filtering can stop working at any time. Wipers is designed to fail open (when it breaks, your normal unfiltered feed shows), but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that its pattern matching will agree with your judgment of any individual post.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Wipers is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. LinkedIn
LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Wipers is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. You are responsible for your own compliance with any agreements you have accepted, including LinkedIn's terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at wipers.ai/terms with the date above. Material changes are announced by email where we have your address. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
